How can I find out more information about a product?
Consult the product datasheet through the advanced product finder located on the Home page of Orliman’s website. In it, you will find information related to the product, its description, characteristics and indications, as well as information on sizes and colours.
If the information you need is not in this section, you can download the catalogue, which you will find in the same datasheet of the selected product.
If your query has still not been resolved, you can go to the CONTACT menu, fill in your details and leave your question or suggestion in the Message field.
Our Customer Service Team will contact you as quickly as possible.

How can I check what colours are available for a product?
Go to the product datasheet and indicate the description and/or reference, if you know it, in the advanced product finder. Once you have found the product datasheet you want, you can access the Additional Information section and check what colours are available and the product reference for each colour.

How can I find out the price of the products?
If you are an Orliman client or distributor, you will have a price list for the current year containing all of the prices of the products in our catalogue.
If you are a patient/private individual and would like to find out the price of an Orliman product, you will need to go to your nearest orthopaedic establishment. To find out where it is, read the answer to the question How can I find my nearest orthopaedic establishment to request information and/or buy a product?

How can I find out if the products are sold in my country?
If you are unable to locate an orthopaedic establishment or technical pharmacy, the only way to get this information is to contact our Customer Service Team or request this information through our Social Networks (Facebook and Twitter).
You will need to indicate your address and location so that we can resolve your query.
You can also go to the CONTACT menu, fill in your details and leave your query in the Message field.

Can I order online?
If you are a client/distributor of Orliman products, you can order online through the ORDERS section of the website. Just fill in the fields of the form and, after verifying that you are client, an email will be sent to our system with your order information. It will then be processed by our Call Centre.
If you are a patient/private individual, you cannot place orders online. Orliman only distributes its products to Orthopaedic establishments and Technical pharmacies. If you would like to purchase any of our products, you will need to contact your nearest orthopaedic establishment. How can I become an Orliman client/distributor?
If you are interested in becoming a client/distributor of Orliman products and would like to request more information, you can contact our Customer Service Team. Or, request this information through our social networks (Facebook and Twitter).
You can also go to the CONTACT menu, fill in your details and leave your query in the Message field.
If you or your company are based abroad, you can request information from our Export Department through the CONTACT section of the website.

How can I subscribe to the Newsletter to get more information about products?
To keep up to date on the latest news and new products, you can subscribe to our Newsletter by clicking the Newsletter button located on the Home page of Orliman’s website. Just fill in the fields of the form and click Send to complete your subscription. To confirm your subscription, you will be sent a confirmation email to your email address.

How can I find my nearest orthopaedic establishment to request information and/or buy a product?

How can I order a custom-made product?
To order a custom-made product, go to Measurement sheets in the DOWNLOADS menu, select the document you need and send it to us with all of the information completed.
